Each art piece is conceived, designed and produced by “the Artist” in her studio located in Hunterdon County New Jersey, USA
Due to the nature of original artwork and limited edition items, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. No refunds so choose your design carefully.
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact House of Whimsy within 5 business days of delivery
Include photographs of the packaging and damaged item
Retain all original packaging materials
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at the artist’s discretion.
Orders are processed within the stated processing timeframe listed on the website.
Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. House of Whimsy is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
