Refund Policy

Due to the nature of original artwork and limited edition items, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. No refunds so choose your design carefully.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact House of Whimsy within 5 business days of delivery

  • Include photographs of the packaging and damaged item

  • Retain all original packaging materials

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at the artist’s discretion.
